RIP Prodigy of Mobb Deep ..Was He Killed Because He Was An Open Dr. York Supporter?
Yesterday marked one year since we lost the Great Prodigy of Mobb Deep who co-wrote Classics like Shook Ones Prt. 2, Survival of the Fittest, Eye for an Eye, Still Shining, Have A Party, and so many more hits with his partner in Rhyme Havoc.
Prodigy consistently rapped about secret societies like references in his collaboration with LL Cool J in the song “I Shot Ya (Remix)," from 1995. Then from prison in 2007, not long before the release of H.N.I.C. Part 2, Prodigy wrote and published an "open letter" to Jay Z in which he made allegations alluding to the theory. In 2008, Prodigy titled a song "Illuminati", from H.N.I.C. Part 2 and in his final solo album released during his life, The Hegelian Dialectic (2017), Prodigy also referred to the theory. It was reported that Prodigy was working on a musical about his Illuminati theory at the time of his death.
He also made numerous statements about his support of Dr. Malachi Z York who had his own Egyptian city outside of Atlanta in Eatonton Georgia that exhibited Pyramids, a Black Jesus on an Ankh, and more buildings and sculptures that highlighted Africans in Royalty in a rural some may call racist part of Georgia.
Dr. Malachi Z. York is currently housed in Florence ADMAX Prison under the name Dwight York BOP Register No.: 17911-054
